Regis Blackgaard
Regis Blackgaard, often referenced with his proper title as Dr. Regis Blackgaard, is the perennial villain of the Christian-themed radio drama/comedy Adventures in Odyssey; he is voiced by Earl Boen (who also voices Regis Blackgaard's identical-twin brother Edwin Blackgaard).
