Tamar Valley, Tasmania
The Tamar Valley is a very picturesque valley which runs north-west from Launceston to the coast either side of the Tamar River, a distance of about fifty kilometres. There are more than 20 vineyards that line the shores of the valley and tourists are guided by the Tamar Valley Wineroute.
