Tamara Tichonova
Tamara Ivanovna Tichonova () (born June 13, 1964 in the village of Kovalyovo, Kezsky District, Udmurt ASSR) is a former Soviet Russian cross-country skier who competed from 1984 to 1992. She represented the USSR at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, where she won three medals with golds in the 20 km and the 4 x 5 km relay, and a silver in the 5 km.
