Tetsuya's Restaurant - Tetsuya Wakuda is the chef of this internationally-acclaimed restaurant in Sydney, Australia, housed in the former Seagram's building. Tetsuya's cuisine is based on Australian, Japanese and global sensibilities, and makes use of Australia's bountiful ingredients including Tasmanian Sea Trout, which forms his signature dish.
