Two-pore-domain potassium channels: This family of 15 members form what is known as leak channels, and they follow Goldman-Hodgkin-Katz (open) rectification. These channels are regulated by numerous mechanisms, including: oxygen tension, pH, mechanical stretch, and G-proteins.
