Target Neutral
Target Neutral is a scheme set up by BP to help individual car owner's participate in the mitigation of global warming. As well as advocating the use of public tansport and energy efficient cars, the scheme suggests that car owners can 'cancel out' their emissions by 'supporting projects that reduce the equivalent amount of CO2', for, on average, less than ÂŁ20 a year.
