Tetrathiafulvalene
Tetrathiafulvalene is a heterocyclic organosulfur compound, studies on which contributed to the flowering of molecular electronics. TTF is related to the hydrocarbon fulvalene, (C5H4)2, by replacement of four CH groups with sulfur atoms.
