Tees Valley Railway
The Tees Valley Railway was opened on the 12th May 1868 and ran between Barnard Castle and Middleton-in-Teesdale, with intermediate stations at Cotherstone, Romaldkirk & Mickleton. The line closed on the 30th November 1964.
