The Philippines' Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Filipino: Pangasiwaan ng Edukasyong Teknikal at Pag-papaunlad ng Kasanayan), abbreviated as TESDA, is an agency of the Philippine government under the Department of Education responsible for managing and supervising technical education and skills development (TESD) in the Philippines.
