Telophase
Telophase (sometimes spelled telephase) is a stage in either meiosis or mitosis in a eukaryotic cell reversing the effects of prophase and prometaphase events. During those events, the nucleus was dissolved and the chromatin in the cell was condensed into chromosomes.
