Taymyr Autonomous Okrug
Taymyr Autonomous Okrug (, Taymyrsky avtonomny okrug), or Taymyria, was a federal subject of Russia (an autonomous okrug of Krasnoyarsk Krai), the northernmost in mainland Russia (and thus Asia). It is named after the Taymyr Peninsula.
