Technical government
A technical government is a non-party government made up of unelected 'technocrats' such as civil servants, magistrates or experts from outside the political circle such as bankers instead of members of the country's legislature. They are usually formed when it is impossible for a government to be formed until new elections are held in order to ensure administrative functions are carried out.
