Teff



Teff or Tef (Eragrostis tef, Amharic ጤፍ ṭēff, Tigrinya ጣፍ ṭāff) is a species of lovegrass native to northeastern Africa. It has an attractive nutrition profile, being high in dietary fiber and iron and providing some protein and calcium.
