Taiwan Security Enhancement Act



The Taiwan Security Enhancement Act was a US Congressional bill, passed February 1, 2000, by a vote of 340 to 70, which provided for greater United States military support of Taiwan, including training and equipment. It also established direct military communication lines between the two nations.
