Texas's 3rd congressional district
Texas District 3 of the United States House of Representatives is a Congressional district that serves an area north and northeast of Dallas. It encompasses a large portion of Collin County including McKinney, Plano and parts of Dallas County including parts of Richardson, Garland and Dallas.
