Tarator



Tarator (Bulgarian Cyrillic: таратор, also called таратур in Macedonian) is a cold soup (or a liquid salad), popular in the summertime in Bulgaria and the Republic of Macedonia. It is made from yoghurt, cucumbers, garlic, nuts, dill, vegetable oil, and water.
