Tay Ping Hui
Tay Ping Hui (; born 10 November 1970) is a Singaporean Chinese actor. He is best known for his roles in television dramas on MediaCorp TV Channel 8, although he also appeared in a few movies, including Infernal Affairs 2 and Summer Holiday.
