Tamils Rehabilitation Organisation
The Tamils Rehabilitation Organisation, or TRO, was established in 1985 by the LTTE to provide relief, rehabilitation and development for the people of the North-East of Sri Lanka. During its twenty years of existence the TRO has initiated a large number of projects to benefit of the Sri Lankan Tamils.
