Terry Carter
Terry Carter (born December 16 1928 in Brooklyn, New York as John E. DeCoste) is an African-American actor who is perhaps best remembered for his roles as Sergeant Joe Broadhurst on McCloud and Colonel Tigh on the original Battlestar Galactica.
