TechAgreements is the first completely searchable database of legal agreements extracted from the publicly disclosed US SEC filings. Users can search thc contents of all legal documents that have been filed with the SEC.
Information are taken from Wikipedia, the open encyclopedia, to which contribute many volunteers from around the whole world. Texts are available under the following conditions GNU Free Documentation License.
