Taylor Hawkins and the Coattail Riders is a band founded by Taylor Hawkins (of the band Foo Fighters). Taylor Hawkins plays the drums and performs vocals in the band, while other band members include Chris Chaney (from Jane's Addiction and The Panic Channel) on bass and Gannin (just Gannin) on guitars.
