Terence T. Evans
Judge Terence Thomas Evans (born 1940 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. In 1979 Evans was nominated by President Jimmy Carter to be a Judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
