United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues



The United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues (acronym: UNPFII or PFII) is an advisory body within the framework of the UN System, which reports into the United Nation's Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). The forum is the UN's central coordinating body for matters relating to the concerns and rights of the world's indigenous peoples.
