Ulric-Joseph Tessier
Ulric-Joseph Tessier (May 3 1817 – April 7 1892) was a Quebec lawyer, judge, seigneur and political figure. He was a member of the Senate of Canada representing the Gulf division from 1867 to 1873 and served as mayor of Quebec City from 1853 to 1854.
