Ural Philharmonic Orchestra (UPO, in russian Уральский академический филармонический оркестр, УАФО) is a full orchestra based in Yekaterinburg (former Sverdlovsk, Russia) and considered to be one of the major and best orchestras in Russia and in Europe.
