Universal Subtitle Format
Universal Subtitle Format (USF) was an ambitious project created for proportionate a clean, documented, powerful and easy to use subtilte file format. It's based on XML becase quite reasons: flexibility, human legible, unicode support jerarquic system and easy toadministrate.
