Upper Midwest Athletic Conference
The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (or UMAC) is a college-level athletic conference formerly affiliated with the NAIA. Formed in 1972 as the Twin Rivers Conference, the UMAC assumed its current name in the early 1980s.
