Uesugi Norimasa was a daimyĹŤ of feudal Japan, and held the post of KantĹŤ Kanrei, the Shogun's deputy in the KantĹŤ. He is perhaps best known as the adoptive father of Uesugi Kenshin, one of the most famous warlords in Japanese history.

Uesugi Harunori Uesugi Harunori (上杉 治憲; 1751 - 1822) was a Japanese daimyo, the 9th head of the Yonezawa domain (today's Yonezawa, Yamagata and Okitama region). Born in Edo, he was the second son of a daimyo of the Akizuki clan, who controlled part of Hyuga province.
Uesugi Kagekatsu Uesugi Kagekatsu (上杉 景勝, January 8 1556-March 19 1623) was a daimyo during the Sengoku and Edo periods of Japanese history. The son of Nagao Masakage (the head of the Ueda Nagao clan), he was a nephew and adopted son of Uesugi Kenshin.
