United Nations Operation in Mozambique
United Nations Operations in Mozambique (ONUMOZ). ONUMOZ was established (Security Council Resolution 782, 13 October 1992) to help implement the General Peace Agreement, signed between the President of Mozambique, Joaquim Chissano, and the President of the Resistência Nacional Moçambicana (Renamo), Afonso Dhlakama.
