Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) is the Catalan name of the Open University of Catalonia. Internet-based and centered, this is one of the earliest distance learning universities available, offering graduate and postgraduate programs in fields such as Psychology, Computer Science, Sciences of Education, and Economy.
