Ulugh Beigh (crater)
Ulugh Beigh is the remnant of a lunar crater that is located just to the west of the Oceanus Procellarum lunar mare. It is named after the Timurid king and scientist MÄ«rzÄ Muhammad bin ShÄhrukh, popularly known as UluÄź Bey (Chaghatai: great king).
