Urban Transportation Development Corporation
The Urban Transportation Development Corporation was a corporation created in the 1970s by the Government of Ontario, Canada, to develop transit vehicles for the province's public transit authorities; largely this work would be for the province's largest authority, the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) for whom the H4/H5 subway cars and ALRV streetcars were manufactured. It had its main plant just west of Kingston, in nearby Millhaven.
