Umeshu
Umeshu (梅酒, sometimes mistranslated as "plum wine") is a Japanese liqueur made from ume fruits (while still green), sugar and Shōchū (alcohol) or sake. It is made by steeping green ume in shōchū (燒酎, clear liquor).
