Uskoks
The uskoks (sing. uskok, Croatian plural uskoci, Slovenian plural uskoki, Italian Uscocchi) were fugitive Catholic Croats and Orthodox Serbs that inhabited the areas of Dalmatia during the Ottoman wars in Europe.
