Ueno Hikoma



Ueno Hikoma (上野 彦馬, Ueno Hikoma)Ueno's name is sometimes rendered “Uyeno Hikoma” (a matter of an old romanization system, not of different pronunciation); and with either spelling it is often written in reverse order, with given name first and family name last. (1838 – 1904) was a pioneer Japanese photographer, born in Nagasaki.
