Unofficial Member (éťžĺ®ĺ®č°ĺ“ˇ) is the members of Executive Council and Legislative Council of Hong Kong but not from Hong Kong Government. Before Legislative Council direct election starting from 1991, the Government collects views and opinions by appointing elits from the society of Hong Kong to the two councils.
