Bernhard Victor Christoph Carl von BĂĽlow (short: Vicco von BĂĽlow, born November 12, 1923 in Brandenburg an der Havel), more commonly known under the pseudonym Loriot, is a German humorist, graphic artist and director, actor and writer.
