Victoria Quirino Delgado
Victoria Quirino Delgado (born Victoria Syquia Quirino 1931–November 29, 2006) was the eldest daughter of Philippine President Elpidio Quirino. since her father, the President was a widower, she fulfilled on the role of First Lady of the Philippines.
