Virginia Declaration of Rights
The Virginia Declaration of Rights was a document proclaiming that individual natural rights are inherent, and that the collective rights and powers which the people had enjoyed for over 150 years would be retained, as did a combined declaratory and restrictive claused added to the U.S.
