Valley National Bank
Valley National Bank is the principal subsidiary of Valley National Bancorp (NYSE:VLY) a regional bank holding company with assets over $12 billion. VNB was founded in 1927 and operates as a super-community bank based in Wayne, New Jersey with 164 branch offices in northern and central New Jersey and following it's purchase of the Merchants Bank of New York, it also has branches in Manhattan.
