Vilnius Castle Complex



The Vilnius Castle Complex (Lithuanian: Vilniaus piliĹł kompleksas or Vilniaus pilys) is a group of defensive, cultural and religious buildings on the left bank of the Neris River, near the inflow of the Vilnia River, in Vilnius. The complex evolved between the 10th and 18th centuries, and was one of Lithuania's major defensive structures.
