Vinogradov Vasili Ivanovich ([] aka Vasily VinogradovEnglish spelling: vah-SEE-ley vee-nog-RAH-doff; Russian and Tatar Cyrillic: Виногра́дов Васи́лий Ива́нович; 1874-1948) was an ethnically Russian Tatar composer, violinist and pedagogue. TASSR Honoured Worker of Culture (1944).
