Vinci City States
Founded during the time of the Great Inventor, the Vinci are not one united nation but a multitude of city-states seen as a loosely connected affiliation of uneasy alliances and at worst unified by only methods of destruction during times of war. At times certain states rise to become superpowers, whereas others seek the protection of more powerful states as vassals.
