VĂ­ctor Polay



Víctor Polay Campos (born April 6, 1951) is one of the founders of the Túpac Amaru Revolutionary Movement, a Peruvian guerrilla organization. He is currently imprisoned in Callao Naval Base with Abimael Guzmán and Vladimiro Montesinos.
