Vicenzino Manipulations
Vicenzino Manipulations are a series of manipulations to both the elbow and the ankle/foot to cure Tennis Elbow and over-pronation at the ankle respectively. As with most manipulations (as opposed to mobilisations) the techniques involve hard thrusts at the end of range, which aim to correct biomechanical faults, ease pain, and restore range of motion utilizing the benefits of joint cavitation.
