Vexatious stalking
Vexatious stalking is a term for a fabricated false criminal accusation(s) by a stalker, which is brought regardless of its merit, solely to harass or subdue a victim. Vexatious stalkers may use manipulative behavior in order to have the victim falsely arrested or falsely convicted of a crime.
