Verna Eggleston
Verna Eggleston is the Commissioner of New York City's Human Resources Administration (HRA), a title she has held since her appointment by Mayor Michael Bloomberg in January 2002. She was reappointed by a re-elected Bloomberg to the position in January 2006, making her the first HRA Commissioner to be appointed for two consecutive terms.
