Van der Pauw method

The van der Pauw Method is a commonly used technique, based around the Hall effect, which characterises a sample of semiconductor material and can be successfully completed with a current source and a voltmeter. Products are available to automatically perform this procedure; however they typically offer the ability to do so at a range of temperatures.
