Vladimir Akopian
Vladimir Akopian (); born December 7, 1971 in Baku) is a leading Armenian chess Grandmaster. In Armenia his surname is more commonly written Hakobyan () however, most English texts and the Fédération Internationale des Échecs use the Russian version.
