VISCII
The Vietnamese Standard Code for Information Interchange (VISCII) is a character set comprising the Vietnamese alphabet, punctuation, and other graphemes. Vietnamese requires slightly too many (134) letter/diacritic combinations to make a traditional extended ASCII character set for it.
